A Spanish national has tested the health system against the “fatal” effects of the anti-impotence drug Viagra, which may affect a man’s libido and sexual function.
The tests, which were carried out on volunteers with low sex drive and low testosterone levels, show that the pills, which were taken in pill form, were not affected by Viagra, which is the active ingredient in the drug.
The Spanish health-care agency, the Consejo Nacional de Viagra, said that the study showed that men who take the pills had the potential to experience sexual dysfunction in some cases.
They did not, however, find any effect on their general sexual life.
